Influence of Empowering and Ethical Leadership on Employees’ Job Satisfaction, Performance, and Organization Commitment

Unethical behavior in public and private organizations raises concerns among stakeholders about ethical stand the workplace. This study aimed to investigate effect of empowering leadership on employees' job satisfaction, performance, organizational commitment. A total 650 employees were identified from 25 companies Sulawesi Selatan district, Indonesia. Data collected through survey study, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used test hypotheses.
